When is Your Vote Counted? 

If you get your ballot at a polling place, then your vote is counted after the polling places close, which means between 8pm and 3am on Election Day.

Registering to Vote

*** We are past the registration deadline... but it's not too late!  Have you previously registered in Yolo County?

If yes, you may cast a provisional ballot at your polling place. 

If no, you may register and vote at the Yolo County Elections Office, 625 Court Street, Room B-05, Woodland, CA 95776. 

In California, the deadline to register to vote for any election is 15 days before Election Day, so please register early! Your registration must be postmarked or submitted electronically no later than: October 22, 2018 for the November 6 election.
